Job Description

As a Junior Product Manager (Banking) your responsibilities are :

  • Develop and Enhance Digital Banking Platform: Define and evolve the functionality of the digital banking platform.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with different departments (legal, marketing, IT, ...) within the Bank and the Group.
  • Optimize Customer Experience: Enhance the digital customer journey and improve the functionalities of financial products and services.
  • Design Comprehensive Customer Strategies: Define the end-to-end customer journey and create a robust customer acquisition strategy.
  • Stay Informed: Maintain and update knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Innovate Products and Services: Design and implement new products and services for our customer base.
  • Manage Digital Platform: Oversee digital platform functionalities to effectively serve leads and prospective clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Product Manager (Banking) should have:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient understanding of the Financial Services industry.
  • Previous experience with digitization and/or multichannel offerings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • An experience in Luxembourg or Belgium and willing to relocate to Luxembourg.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
